These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rednsay regarding your use of our website and services. By accessing and using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

References to "Rednsay," "we," "us," or "our" mean Redwan Ahmed, operating under the Rednsay brand.

Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use our website for lawful purposes. This license does not include:

Disclaimer of Warranties

Payment Terms

If you purchase services from Rednsay, you agree to pay all fees in the amount specified at the time of purchase. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our fees upon 30 days’ written notice. Your continued use of the services following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our website and services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the terms of this agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

LinkedIn Audit Tool: Service Description

Rednsay's LinkedIn Audit Tool ("Audit Tool") is an independent service that analyzes publicly available LinkedIn profile information you submit and generates an automated, AI-assisted assessment. It is offered in a free version and a paid "Premium" version.

The Audit Tool is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. "LinkedIn" is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation and is referenced solely to describe the platform the Audit Tool analyzes.

The Audit Tool's scores, strengths, issues, and recommendations are generated by automated and AI-assisted processes for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, career, or marketing advice, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including increased profile views, connections, engagement, or business results.

Your Representations When Using the Audit Tool

You agree to indemnify and hold Rednsay harmless from any claim arising from a breach of these representations.

By submitting a LinkedIn profile URL or any other information to the Audit Tool, you represent and warrant that:

• •The primary profile you submit for analysis is your own, or you have the explicit permission of the profile owner to submit it
• •Any competitor profile URLs you submit as part of a Premium report are publicly accessible pages you are entitled to reference for benchmarking purposes, and you will not use the Audit Tool to harass, stalk, or monitor another individual
• •All information you provide about your business, goals, or audience is accurate and belongs to you or your organization
• •You will not use the Audit Tool to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share

Free Audit Limits and Fair Use

The free audit is limited to a set number of runs per person per day. To apply that limit and to keep automated abuse out, we check each submission against your IP address, your email address, and a device fingerprint your browser calculates and sends with the request. Our Privacy Policy explains what the fingerprint is and how it is handled.

You agree not to work around these limits, for example by submitting under different email addresses, switching networks or IP addresses, or altering, spoofing, or suppressing the device fingerprint in order to get additional free audits. Doing so is a breach of these terms, and we may block your access or refuse to deliver a report.

We may change the free audit limits at any time, and we may decline or stop a free audit for any reason, including suspected abuse or unusual usage.

Premium Report Purchases

The Premium report is a one-time, paid digital service. Pricing is displayed at checkout and processed through our payment partner, Whop; fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Because the Premium report is generated specifically for you shortly after payment, purchases are governed by our Refund Policy rather than the general fee-change notice above. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds, cancellations, and your right of withdrawal.

You receive a limited, personal license to use your own report for your business or professional purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the report, the underlying methodology, or the Audit Tool's output as a standalone product or competing service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
